Law360 Canada ( March 18, 2025, 11:47 AM EDT) -- Application by father against the mother regarding parenting arrangements, child support obligations, and related matters concerning their three children. The parties' relationship began in either 2011 or 2013, with cohabitation until their separation in September 2021. Despite the separation, they continued living together until December 2021, when the mother moved out with the children. The parties had an agreement on decision-making responsibility and regular parenting time, which was incorporated into the final order. The mother had final decision-making responsibility, and the children resided primarily with her. The father had parenting time on alternate weekends and additional time during school holidays. The unresolved parenting issues included the summer parenting schedule, travel arrangements, transportation responsibilities, and potential changes to parenting time if the father relocated closer to the mother. The father sought a shared summer holiday schedule, defined travel terms, shared transportation responsibilities, and pre-emptive changes to parenting time upon relocation. The mother opposed the requests, seeking more flexible travel terms and maintaining the father's sole responsibility for transportation. The mother also sought retroactive child support from October 1, 2021, including contributions to the children's section 7 expenses, and requested imputation of additional income to the father for unreported cash income. The father opposed the imputation of income and sought adjustments to the temporary child support order based on his actual income reported to the Canada Revenue Agency....
