Law360 Canada (February 3, 2025, 1:40 PM EST) -- The Law Foundation of Ontario has launched a call for applications for the newest iteration of its Catalyst program, which assists non-profits that are working to advance access to justice in the province.

Grants are available for up to $1 million to be spent over a period of three years, from mid-2025 to mid-2028. Among other criteria, an applicant's core work must advance access to justice for the people of Ontario through information or services that help people understand the law and use it to improve their lives. Also, an applicant must have appropriate legal expertise and experience working in the areas for which funding is being requested.

Applications are being accepted through a two-step process, starting with an eligibility screening form to be submitted by Feb. 28.
