With more than three decades of experience, Posno’s resume boasts experience with complex commercial litigation, disputes about real estate, challenges with corporate governance, matters of professional liability and cases of medical negligence. In addition to that, Posno also has experience in human rights and privacy law.
Posno has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Federal Court, the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Toronto Commercial List. She frequently appears before the Toronto Estates Court, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and the Human Rights Tribunal. She is also a certified Associate Member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners.
Holding a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, Posno was called to the Ontario bar in 1993.
