The judicial system and public service are probably preparing themselves for a major shift to the right, which will bring new changes and challenges to case law within Canada. Indeed, the election of the Conservatives with the backing of extremist movements across the nation will present what I believe to be many changes to rights granted by Supreme Court rulings and precedents....
