Self-reps in Ontario’s superior court have a lopsided loss rate against represented parties, and 65 per cent of Canadian family judges surveyed reported that they “generally have worse outcomes as a result of lack of representation.” This seven-part series will ask if judges are biased in Indiana are they biased here?
