Condominium corporations: Water damage, standard unit bylaws

Recently, I received one such e-mail urgently warning residents of a “high risk of flood” from certain black rubber washing machine pipes, cautioning that a recently avoided major flood would have had “enormous financial impact” on the unit owners causing it, and explaining “unnecessary and undesirable consequences” for other residents would follow given the current COVID-19 crisis (presumably by forcing people to move out when they should stay home)....
