Reducing vacate clauses in B.C. residential tenancy agreements

One such measure includes Bill 16, the Tenancy Statutes Amendment Act, 2017. The bill, introduced by the Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister Selena Robinson, passed first reading on Oct. 26, 2017, with a second reading having been initiated on Nov. 2.
